A Year Living In The Pandemic

As it's been a year since the pandemic began, I’m taking a look at the year that has been.

In the past year:

I've appeared on 5 different podcasts, and two of my poems on their own (With thanks to Kelly Simmons , Erin Minogue, Jayati Vora, Jennifer Liss  & Jennifer Chambers)

Appeared on Phineas Wright House's  Favorite Fridays & read one of my poems during Lunchtime Live (Thank you Wendy Hall-Harrop & Jena Jake)

Wrote the inserts for the cookie kits and paper dresses for ElimuGirls

Had my set of poems "An American Tourist In Italy" published in the 2020 edition of the literary anthology, Groundwaters.

Published a book of poems: A Poetic Journey, Staying At Home in collaboration with Jenniffer Rivera!

Had a 1 on 1 poetry writing session with Erin Dansevicus and magic happened.

Graduated from the inaugural class of Cathy Heller's program, Made To Do This!

I'm sure this isn't the full list of events.

All of this happened in a year that will live long in the memory.

I couldn't have done any of it with the encouragement of my friends!
